21Done came to Applore with a product idea rooted in behavioural science — a platform that guides users through structured 21-day journeys to build healthy, lasting habits. The premise was simple, but the execution needed to be anything but. Habit-building apps live or die by engagement, and keeping users motivated for 21 consecutive days requires more than a good concept. It requires thoughtful product design, smart notification systems, and an experience that feels personal every single day.

    A day-by-day journey module built on behavioural-science principles. Each journey is a progressive sequence of wisdom, coaching tutorials, articles, coach challenges, and podcasts — with the interface keeping users oriented to where they are on the 21-day arc.

    Behavioural Notification Engine

    Rather than generic reminders, an intelligent notification layer responds to individual user behaviour. Nudges are timed to reach users when engagement is most likely — reducing the friction that causes mid-journey drop-off.
