Cancellation & Refund Policy

APPLORE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and operates a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. The cancellation request may not be entertained once execution of the engagement has begun or any third-party costs have been committed on your behalf.
- For services delivered as fixed-scope work or recurring retainers, cancellation must be requested in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated on the basis of work delivered up to the date of cancellation.
- If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, please report this to our team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed by us; once we have examined the matter, an appropriate decision will be communicated to you.
- For products or components covered by a third-party warranty, please refer the issue to the relevant manufacturer or vendor. In case of any refund approved by APPLORE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
